This policy describes how RotaLabs uses cookies on the institutional site. See /privacy for the full privacy policy.

Categories

Necessary: session, CSRF, language. Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 after consent. Marketing: not used. Preferences: theme and UX options not shared with third parties.

How to manage

Use the first-visit banner, "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or /account/privacy when signed in. Revoking analytics stops new GA4 hits.

Retention

Consent is stored for 12 months in the rl_cookie_consent cookie and may be logged in our database (IP hash). See docs/DATA_RETENTION_POLICY.md.
